Shipping Policy
All AshSurge orders are shipped from China with international tracked shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
1. Delivery time
Orders usually arrive in about 15 days from the date of order. Actual delivery may be slightly earlier or later depending on your region and customs clearance.

Fees and thresholds are set in Japanese yen; if you shop in another currency, the converted amount is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We currently do not ship to countries or regions not listed above.
3. Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Customs duties and import taxes
Because orders are shipped internationally, import duties and taxes may apply. Unless they are shown and collected at checkout, they are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are paid by the recipient to the carrier or customs.
- Japan: low-value orders are usually not taxed; higher-value orders may be charged import consumption tax and/or customs duty on delivery.
- United States: the US$800 duty-free (de minimis) exemption no longer applies, so all shipments may be subject to duties, tariffs and customs fees collected on delivery.
- Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Iceland): import VAT and duties may apply under local rules. If import taxes are charged at checkout, you will not be charged again on delivery.
- Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Southeast Asia and Taiwan: duties and taxes may apply above local thresholds.
- Hong Kong and Macao: clothing and accessories are generally not subject to import duty.
If a package is refused or returned because duties were not paid, the shipping fee and any duties are non-refundable.
5. Address and delivery issues
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible, before the order ships. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
6. Delays
Customs inspections, holidays, weather and carrier issues can cause delays beyond our control. We will always help you track and resolve delivery problems.
